An Ode To Joe

I have 5 amazing brothers. Brent, Joe, Ben, John, and Andrew. I love them all equally and they all would do anything for me. However, I would like to put one of them on a pedestal for one of them deserves it. My little brother Joe. For what does he earn this honor? Is he an amazing dad? Will he always give you positive reinforcement? Does he always give you a smile that penetrates your skin? Yes, yes, and yes. These actions, though, are not the soul reason for the glory. He is simply a great guy! Yesterday, he came over to my house and mowed my lawn without even a hint from me. Today, Joe smoked 3 racks of ribs in his smoker ( after he marinated them all night) for my husbands BD party. Did I mention that he had 3 of my kids over last week for an AWESOME camp out? All without blinking an eye or waiting for a thank you. People like Joe who have that kind of love for their family don't come around that often. I am very blessed to have Joe as my brother and I thank God everyday that he moved Joe and his family back to Nebraska and around the corner from me. Thanks Joe.

Wow

So this is real weird. I have never been a real journal er, but I guess this is what I get for staying up past my bed time reading my little brother's blogs. I have officially begun BLOGGING! Ha! If my friends could see me now. Maybe sometime in the future this will come in handy. As my dad always says, "you always gotta be thinking".
Hopefully I don't forget my blog name, address, or password. Maybe I should just not under estimate myself.;)
In the future I hope to put pictures up and be real interesting, but this is good for now.
